Last night (till 2 a.m.), I watched and listened to several interesting YouTube videos of the charming debutante Indian novelist Ms. Savi Sharma and the astonishingly fluent talk "Week 52 - The Countdown to 2018 Begins" on YouTube (18:31) by charming Indian motivational speaker Ms. Priya (प्रिया প্রিয়া) Kumar - I kept wondering: how can an Indian girl speak English so fluently? (একে বলে কোন female কে বেশী পাত্তা না দেওয়া ! And balancing Savi with Priya - another example of My balancing act! By the way, I use the word "charming" for every female!)

I keep revising My ideas in the light of new things I infer from reading books and Internet sources - confirming or modifying or rejecting a hypothesis and forming a fresh hypithesis is the sign of A True Scientist! Having made this explanatory preface, I want to add that My previous hypothesis that Meera = Radha may not be correct, and My new hypothesis is that perhaps Savi is Meera in her latest reincarnation; as before, I hypothesize that Radha in her latest reincarnation could be Pamela or perhaps Margaret either of whom may have been Sita in a past incarnation who was kidnapped and perhaps raped by Ravan - a follower of Ram - and abandoned by Ram/Krishna (late) on grounds of infidelity.

When I started watching YouTube videos in earnest a few months ago (thanks to the Jio 4G offer, probably given financial support behind the scenes by Indophile American philanthropists), I didn't know the meaning of "subscribe" and decided not to "subscribe" to any of the interesting YouTube videos I watch, but a few days ago an Assamese youth explained to Me that if I "subscribe" to a particular YouTube video then I will keep getting more such videos by the same author etc. Yesterday, I commented on a Priya Kumar YouTube video, calling her a "girl" (which was going a bit too far, I know - but I had initially thought of saying "gal" but then I decided that would be going TOO FAR!) - I also commented on a YouTube video on the powerful and inspiring novel THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MALCOLM X uploaded by a young black American guy (My intention was to inspire the black community) - I commented on a young American girl's YouTube video on Harper Lee's novel GO SET A WATCHMAN, writing just one word - Charming - in the comment box, and thought of commenting on another YouTube video by another American girl on the same novel GO SET A WATCHMAN by Harper Lee to balance the former girl - and thought of writing another word - Nice - in the comment box (I don't know why the letter K - which is the initial letter of My first name Kishalay - precedes the comment box) but then I thought that the gals would be wondering fiercely if in mathematical notation Nice > Charming (Nice is greater than Charming) or if Nice < Charming (Nice is less than Charming) and finally I decided to opt for = (equality); in other words, I used the same word - Charming - for the second (rival) gal too! But all females will soon find out that I use "charming" for every female! If I use other words, there will be fierce speculations about whether one word is = or > or < !! Therefore, I have now decided to subscribe to YouTube videos I like, yes, but NOT to type any comment in the comment box! I learned from a YouTube video that Savi is short for Savita - which makes sense - I had never come across Savi before - I had a charming female classmate in college whose name was Sabita - I never spoke to her - as you can see, I use "charming" for every female, mechanically, automatically! (Sabita or Savita probably means the sun, a hot thing, but it has the ending a আ आ which is generally a feminine ending in Sanskrit!) I felt puzzled about a YouTube dance video of a young purportedly female writer dancing along with another young female dancer both in jeans and dancing to Arabian music but the video was very hazy and I could not see the faces clearly and also wondered why a female writer should be dancing if one of the two dancing females was indeed a professional writer and not a (cabaret) dancer; I did not "subscribe" to that video coz I am interested in writing, not in dancing! I watched two short and funny (critical) YouTube videos - on EVERYONE HAS A STORY by Savi Sharma - by a (charming!) young Indian girl and by a funny Indian young man! About the latter video, I commented: "A funny video." I also watched an interesting NDTV24x7 interview with bestselling Indian novelist Amish Tripathi on YouTube; I posted a few words in the comment box, but I was shocked to read one vulgar comment which was something like 'Fuck the [female] anchor!' I wonder why this obscene comment has not yet been deleted. Is this a planted "comment" to heighten the anchor's sex appeal? God knows! Anyway, I will subscribe from time to time, but comment, no! I cannot afford to waste too much energy trying to encourage and inspire YouTube uploaders! By the way, to say that an Indian gal speaks English fluently - astonishingly fluently, etc. - does NOT mean that there is no other Indian gal who can speak English "astonishingly fluently", etc. - there are MANY Indian gals who speak English astonishingly fluently, etc. (Sadly, My chauvinistic Indian consort gal is NOT interested in speaking or improving her English - forget about her speaking English "astonishingly fluently"!)

I conclude from the following biography (plus a photo) of the charming poet, printed on the back cover of this little book of poems:

Manmayuri Lahkar was born at A.E.C. campus [A.E.C. = Assam Engineering College], Jalukbari, Guwahati. She did her schooling from Holy Child School, Guwahati. At present [in 2000?!!] she is a student of T.D.C. [= Three-year Degree Course] 2nd year at B. Barooah College [one of the top colleges of Guwahati, the capital of Assam]. She has been writing poems from a very early age. The Journey is her first collection of poems."

that her dad was probably on the staff of - or perhaps was a lecturer or professor at - Assam Engineering College. The book's cover designing & printing was done by Vincent Screen Printing, Chandmari, Guwahati - 3, and DTP & Printing of the book was done by Info Comp, opposite Assam Engg. Play Ground, Chandmari, Guwahati - 21. ("Assam Engg." here means Assam Engineering Institute, located in Chandmari, whereas A.E.C. or Assam Engineering College is located in Jalukbari; both are in Guwahati. I am giving all these details coz this little book of poems may be hard to find in bookshops and so the interested reader will have to doggedly follow the helpful leads I have provided here, like Sherlock Holmes!)

I took a B.A. as a private student of B. Barooah College after I got married and was An Unemployed Guy on My return from America where I was a Ph. D. student (on a university scholarship) in the department of physiology & biophysics at UIUC (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) and then became an M.S. applied math student (on a university scholarship) in the department of mathematics, statistics, and computer science at UIC (University of Illinois at Chicago).

As an alumnus of B. Barooah College, I am proud that an alumna of B. Barooah College has composed such a beautiful poem. This poem proves that a moving poem can be written using very elementary English.
