Almost always, RTI staff try to avoid (unless forced) giving details of corruption in their offices on FALSE pretexts. (RTI Act, 2005 = Right to Information Act, 2015; I.T.I. = Industrial Training Institute - I.T.I.s are cheating centres / cheating centers.)

By the way, as far as I know, RTI information can only be withheld mainly if national security would be at risk if the information and/or copies (photocopies) of documents sought by an RTI applicant are supplied to the applicant by the RTI officer of a state or central government office.

An RTI fee of Rs. 10 by cash or by Indian Postal Order (IPO) should be paid along with the RTI application addressed to the State Public Information Officer (SPIO) of any State government office or to the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) of any Central government office. (Some years ago, an extra sum of two rupees per page was required to be paid by an RTI applicant for each page of photocopy of the office documents supplied to the RTI applicant; I do not know what is the present rate per page of photocopy, which is perhaps still Rs. 2/page.)

I wonder if all 59 U.S. cruise missiles hit ONLY the Syrian armed forces of alien tyrant Assad OR whether IN FACT these U.S. cruise missiles ALSO HIT - and MURDERED - poor Syrian men, women and children - an act which in effect supports the aliens Assad and Putin. (It is VERY SHOCKING to hear the BRUTAL ARGUMENT that while it is not OK to murder poor helpless men, women and children of Syria by chemical gas poisoning, IT IS QUITE OK to MURDER them by brutally shooting and bombing them. Only a NASTY ALIEN in human disguise can advocate this BRUTAL and INSENSITIVE argument. There are many ALIENS in human disguise who have infiltrated the U.S. armed forces.)
